Q.  Do I have to be connected to the Internet to study?

A.  No.  The Vintage Bible College Interactive Study Program is shipped to you on CD-ROM.  Course instructions and materials are located on the CD-ROM.  Assignments can be submitted to Vintage Bible College & Seminary via postal mail or email.

Q.  Does each course include audio-visual aids?

A.  Most Vintage Bible College Interactive Study Program courses have audio lectures, workbook lessons, etc., while at the graduate level, courses are often project-oriented.

Q.  Should I enroll in the Interactive Study Program even if I have relatively little computer experience?

A.  The Interactive Study Program is user-friendly and simple to use.  If you have enough computer experience to search the web, email, etc., you should do will with the Vintage Bible College Interactive Study Program.

Q.  Who can register for enrollment in the Interactive Study Program?

A.  Anyone in agreement with the Vintage Bible College student catalog and accepted as a student may enroll in a program of study at Vintage Bible College & Seminary.

Q.  Am I in control of my own study schedule?

A. Yes.  The Vintage Bible College Interactive Study Program virtually brings the classroom right to your front door, permitting you to study in the privacy of your own home, office, while traveling, etc.  Anywhere you go, anytime you desire, you can study… allowing you to earn your degree, while continuing with your current responsibilities.

Q.  Can I earn my degree by distance education alone, using the Interactive Study Program?

A.  Yes.  All courses are capable of being performed without having to commute to the campus.  Upon satisfactory completion of your approved course of study, you will be invited to march with your graduating class; however, if you cannot attend graduation exercises (due to distance, expense, physical hindrances, etc.) you will receive your degree by mail.

Q.  What is the tuition cost of the Interactive Study Program?

A.  Tuition costs are the same as traditional distance education costs.  Effective 2004, tuition is $75.00 per credit for Associate and Bachelor level, and $85.00 per credit Masters and Doctorate level (subject to change). Q.  What are the computer system requirements for the Interactive Study Program?

A.  Minimum requirements:  Pentium Processor, Windows 95, 16 MB RAM  800x600 Display settings (Screen Resolution 16 Bit), Sound Card, Intel Codecs (Incl. on CD-ROM), Audio Speakers, and CD-ROM Drive.

A.  Assignments may be submitted electronically (via email) or postal mail. Consult the course outline for specific submission requirements for each course.

Q.  Can I audit the courses via the Interactive Study Program?

A.  Yes.  Many people aren’t interested in earning a degree and just want to enhance their personal knowledge.  If you do not want to take the course for credit, you can audit any course.  Tuition fees are reduced for auditing courses.

Q.  How long will I have to complete each course?

A.  You will have up to three (3) months to complete each course.  However, should unforeseen circumstances arise causing you to need an extension, you may request one three-month extension from the Director of Distance Education.  Subject to approval.

Q.  If I want to take courses via distance education, do I have to study on computer?

A.  No.  If you desire, courses are available via postal mail in a traditional distance education format (i.e. books, manuals, cassette tapes, etc.).
